Pershing 6X: new in the X Generation series

The successful X range has been expanded with another model. The Pershing 6X is 18.94 meters long and 4.80 meters wide. Despite its modest size, the boat has successfully combined all the advanced technologies of the brand.

The Pershing 6X has the same sleek and fast lines as other Generation X models, unmistakably seen Italian shipyard features: aerodynamic profile, smoothed superstructure and large glass areas. Major innovations that the Ferretti Group and Fulvio de Simoni have worked on include both the overall aesthetics of the yacht and improvements in functionality and comfort on board. For example, the shipyard has enlarged the already rather large rectangular windows, updated the aft solarium configuration, improved the carbon and teak dining table in the cockpit, and added an interesting reclining chaise longue in the bow of the boat.

The first Pershing 6X hull will have a three-cabin layout: a master suite in the center of the deck, a VIP in the bow and a guest suite on starboard. All are designed with a private bathroom with shower and amenities. The guest bathroom, which can be accessed both from the cabin and from the hall, will function as a daytime toilet. Also on the lower deck, a kitchen area will be equipped, which is filled with light through a skylight. The optional two-cabin layout includes a master suite and a spacious VIP area, which is adjoined by a living room. The 6X interiors will feature lacquered wood, Mastrotto and Poltrona Frau leather, and mirrored panels.

In terms of technical features, the Pershing 6X keeps up with the standards of the X-line: with a pair of MAN V12 engines rated at 1,550 hp each. The maximum speed will be 48 knots and the comfortable cruising speed will be 42 knots. The carbon-trimmed helm station will receive two 19-inch monitors, and the steering will be supplemented with electro-hydraulic steering. An innovative joystick can also be retrofitted to provide a range of advanced navigation modes, including easier maneuvering in ports and confined waters. And the opening hatch in the bow of the cabin will take the sea voyage to a whole new level.
